These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website rentivo.ai and the AI receptionist services provided by Rentivo AI Solutions LLC ("Rentivo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Rentivo provides AI-powered voice receptionist services for property managers, including 24/7 call answering, automated showing scheduling, multi-language support, and lead capture. The specific scope of services is defined in the proposal or agreement between you and Rentivo.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your company to use our services. Our services are intended for business use by property management professionals.
3. Account and Service Access
We will provide you with access credentials to our admin dashboard upon onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations, including fair housing laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our AI systems.
- Use the service to deceive callers in ways that cause harm.
- Share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
5. Call Recording and Disclosure
Our AI receptionist may record and transcribe calls for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that all legally required disclosures are made to callers in your jurisdiction (e.g., California two-party consent requirements). We will configure Julie to announce AI-assisted call handling upon request.
6. Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in your custom proposal. Fees are billed monthly and are due within 15 days of invoice. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be suspended. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your proposal.
7. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Rentivo may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or misuse of the service. Upon termination, your access to the service will be suspended and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
8. Intellectual Property
Rentivo retains all rights to its AI systems, software, and platform. Your property data, contact lists, and business information remain your property. You grant Rentivo a limited license to use your data solely to deliver the contracted services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be perfectly accurate in all cases. You should maintain reasonable human oversight of AI-handled communications.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentivo's total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Rentivo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Rentivo against any claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
