We retain contact form submissions for up to 2 years. Call logs and transcripts are retained for as long as you are an active client plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
