Common questions

How long does it take to go live?

For a first deployment, typically 3–5 business days from your onboarding call. We need your property details, team contacts, and a phone number. Each additional property after that takes under 35 minutes to configure.

Does Julie really switch languages in the middle of a call?

Yes — and it happens instantly, with no awkward pause or robotic switch. The moment a caller speaks Spanish, Julie responds in Spanish. If they switch back to English mid-conversation, she follows. Back and forth, as many times as they want, in the same call.

There’s nothing to set up, no menu to press, no option to select. Julie just listens and matches the language of the person she’s talking to — the same way a bilingual person would.

Do callers know they're talking to AI?

Julie sounds natural and professional — most callers don't know unless they ask. We recommend being transparent: if asked directly, Julie discloses that she's an AI assistant. This builds trust and is increasingly the industry norm. You can customize the disclosure language.

What happens if a caller asks something Julie doesn't know?

Julie gracefully offers to connect the caller with your team and sends you an immediate notification. She never makes up information. For anything outside her configured knowledge base, she routes to the right person.

Can we use our existing phone number?

Yes. You can either forward your existing number to Julie's line or we can provision a new number for you. Call forwarding typically takes under 10 minutes to set up and your callers won't notice any difference.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No long-term contracts. We charge a one-time setup fee and a monthly retainer. Cancel with 30 days notice. We're confident in the results — we don't need to lock you in.

What if I don’t like the voice?

We offer a full library of professional AI voices and you pick the one that fits your brand before going live. Don’t love it after launch? We swap it at no charge  — no forms, no fees, usually done the same day.

Voice options include:

  • Authoritative & clear — steady, trustworthy tone. Common choice for commercial property managers.
  • Friendly & upbeat — energetic without being pushy. Works well for lease-up properties.
  • Neutral & formal — measured, precise delivery preferred by institutional operators.

All voices are bilingual — the same persona speaks fluent English and Spanish with natural accent and rhythm in both languages. Enterprise clients can also request a fully custom voice built to sound like a specific person or match a particular brand identity.
